2009 Federation TeamGentlemen,
As you are aware the 2009 MOBASS State tournament will be held on Table Rock Lake. I have heard many rumblings from Men of Honor BASS Club members that they prefer not to participate in the Federation this year because of this fact. I am more than willing to put together a 2009 federation team; however, if participation from the club is going to be minimal then I will recommend that we abandon the federation for this fishing year.
The gauge I will use to determine if we have enough participation for me to expend an effort on this is by the number of folks who sign up to join the federation. Please note this will not be a unilateral decision on my part; but, through consultation with the members who elected to join the federation.
To form a federation team this year I need each interested member to accomplish the following:
- Have join BASS and provide their membership number to me. If you were a federation member during the 2008 season a simple note telling me you are in good standings with BASS.
- Send a check to Ron Hunt for 40 dollars not later than 10 APR for your BASS National Federation dues ($20) and your Missouri Federation dues ($20). Please note I will not forward any funds to any organization until we have determined if we are going to have a federation team.
